I really didn’t want to run to tonight, so I thought I’d go four miles, easy. 

Then I looked at the schedule and thought, OK, I’ll go six easy. I got out the door and thought, OK, I feel pretty good, maybe I’ll go seven. That turned into, OK, I might as well get a hard workout in, which turned into a decent series of on/offs. 

And that, folks, is running.
