The face of someone who has been up since 4:30 and ran eight for the first time in well over a year (with a “I’ve done this since junior high because it’s simple, it gets your legs going, and you can complete it when you’re in not-so-great-shape” 40/20 workout thrown into the  middle miles). 

The longer I sit and try to stretch (I honestly might be stuck like this), the more necessary the beer becomes…
